Flower Gardening Master Class

Realize your dream of growing armloads of blooms to enjoy in your home or to share with friends. In The Potter’s Bench Flower Gardening Master Class you will learn the process of growing flowers suitable to our climate and season from start to finish. Each participant will have their own bed to plant, tend and cultivate throughout the 6-month workshop at our beautiful property in Queen Creek, AZ. Participants will come on designated class days and are welcome to visit their row to harvest blooms every week on Wednesday evenings and select Saturday mornings.

What to expect:
– Formal class instruction for the beginner to advanced gardener
– Classes will be on select Saturday mornings beginning October 2025
– Each class will include instruction followed by hands-on gardening
– Participants will be invited to Open Garden Days on Wednesday evenings and select Saturday mornings
– Classes will cover cut-flower gardening strategy, including bed prep and design, soil amending, irrigation, seed starting, bulb planting, seasonal garden planning, maintenance, rose pruning, harvesting, bouquet and flower arranging and more
– A garden plot to tend all season where you can implement and practice the principles taught
– A binder with class materials, garden snips, tote bag and a supply of seeds and corms to plant

Dates: October 2025 through April 2026. Specific Saturdays to be announced

Time: 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Arizona time.

Cost: $1195. ($200 discount if registered before August 15 ($995). (Contact us to register with a friend for an additional $50 off)
